Do you want to start a blog?
You're not alone. Blogging is a great way to build an audience, share your ideas, and make money online. But it's easy to get overwhelmed by all the information out there on how to do it right. So what does that mean for us? I'm going to break down 3 of the most important things blogging experts don't tell you about blogging!
You need to have an audience or you're wasting your time
Your readers are who you should be blogging for. It's great if you have a specific niche audience that you can own. You can refine your content to serve the needs of that group. You can also try to look at posts that can translate well to different segments of your audience. But if you don't have a real target, you might find yourself reaching a lot of 'no's before you get to a 'yes."
What you need to know is that your content is particularly effective for your ideal audience when you focus on making content that will help them. When you focus on connecting with them in a unique way, they'll tell a fellow friend. And they'll tell a friend. And then you'll find yourself with an audience that is 100% interested in learning about your niche. Congratulations - you're a blogger!
It's much easier to build an audience than it is to maintain it
Don't confuse building and maintaining your audience.
There are no shortcuts, so be prepared for the long haul
There are shortcuts! Every week more and more technology is launched. For example, you can automate your social media which eliminates the need for you to be present every day. There are also shortcuts in blogging. Your blog can be optimized for keywords, and you can get plugins that will help you track keywords and build more effective content.

You need to be a good writer
This is not true! Blogging goes beyond writing. It includes expressing yourself through videos, images, audio, color, marketing, and so much more! As far as writing, there is a ton of AI that can help you. I personally use it when I need to get past writer's block.
Conclusion
If you want to make money blogging... forget all of this stuff! It's not that simple. But you can do it. I believe you can do it. You can blog, and you can be good at it. You just have to decide one thing: are you going to believe in yourself, or not?
